Leaders in Giving

Leaders in Giving are United Way of Weld County’s most generous supporters.

At United Way of Weld County, we leverage the expertise, connections and resources to transform the lives of individuals and families. We work with the top business, community, philanthropic and civic leaders across the region. Together, we invest in the most effective programs and services in a coordinated effort to improve lives in Weld County.

Your investment in United Way of Weld County directly addresses the most pressing needs facing children, young adults and families in our community.

Giving children the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Helping young adults enter the workforce ready for the career of their choice.
Building a community where everyone has the opportunity to be safe, healthy and thriving.
Ensuring that a wide range of community resources are available to those in need through our 2-1-1 Information and Referral program and United Way 2-1-1 online database.

The Young Leaders Society engages young business and civic leaders in their 20s and 30s, who make annual gifts of $260 or more and recognizes them as altruistic “Young Leaders” in their company and community.

Tillers Club members are visionary leaders who make a significant difference in the lives of those in our community. Through contributions of $750 or more they put their investments to work in something more meaningful than a simple increase in dollar value.

The Kenneth W. Monfort Society brings together community leaders who contribute $10,000 or more annually and bring the passion, expertise and resources needed to make a profound, long-lasting impact on Weld County and the lives of all who live and work here.
